Legal Requirements

Wines purchased from JS-USA-Wine Club are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only. Part of your package will be (an) invoice(s) in Euro's from the winery, on your name and address, stating the wines you bought .

You only pay our total invoice in Euro's as stated on this website. Exchange rates from Euro's to $'s change from day to day. To know the final amount you will be charged in US $'s check with your bank or credit card company or use a currency converter..

You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages. By placing your order online, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person receiving the wine is at least 21 years of age.

Adult Signature Required

An adult signature will be required upon delivery. We cannot accept requests to waive adult signature requirements. If you are unable to be home at the time of shipment, we suggest you change your ship to address to a business where an adult will be available to sign during regular business hours. Or, have the package shipped to a friend or neighbor who can be home to sign for the package.

Delivery Attempts

All shipments are made by UPS, DHL or FedEx. UPS, DHL or FedEx will attempt to deliver your wine shipment three times. If they are unable to deliver the package and obtain an adult signature on these attempts they will return the package to us. You will be responsible for the original shipping charge plus the shipping charge to return it to us.

Know the Laws of Your State

When wine is shipped, it becomes your property as soon as it leaves our doors. You are to know and obey the laws of your state.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship wine to PO Boxes, APO addresses or to international destinations outside the United States. We ask that you create an account to shop on our website. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including state and country. If your state or country is not in the dropdown menu of available states or countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your state or country at this time.This list is constantly changing so if your state or country is not listed here, check back.

Processing Time

Order processing time is contingent upon a number of factors including weather, credit card authorization, packaging and ordering volumes. Most orders will be processed in 2 to 4 business weeks, excluding holidays. Note that we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

UPS (etc.) will advise us about (extreme) weather conditions that might affect your wines during transport and/or storage. We are NOT responsible for these weather conditions and warnings; therefore, it is your responsibility to be aware of possible weather delays. JoliSoleil will do everything to minimize risks in relation to extreme weather conditions but is not responsible for any weather related damages.
