Welcome to the JoliSoleil USA Wine Club store.

JoliSoleil is the name I gave the old farm (+/- 1750) in France that I bought in 1999. The farm is located in the Vosges mountains, in between the Alsace and Burgundy wine areas.

After emigrating from Holland to France in 2003, I also named my company "JoliSoleil" or "JS".

JoliSoleil organizes wine tastings and tours in Alsace, Burgundy and Tuscany. The wine tours and tastings started as a hobby back then. Over the years they became more and more important. JS-Wine tastings & tours grew to be my main business in 2012.

Shipping wines bought on a tour

People touring with us often have the problem that they cannot take many wines home when they have to fly. That is why JoliSoleil Winetours started to provide a wine shipping service for tour clients. We can ship the wines people have bought on a tour to many countries in the world.

Shipping wines to the USA

In 2016 we went one step further for our American customers. We started the JoliSoleil USA Wine Club.You can now (re-)order wines from Alsace, Burgundy and Tuscany from your home, to your home. We take care of all duties and custom papers. The wines will be delivered by UPS or FedEx on your doorstep. For some wines this is the ONLY way to get them as they might not officially be imported in your country.

Of course there are shipping costs but as the wines are not consumed in France or Italy, you do NOT pay the 20% French (VAT) or Italian taxes on the bottle. All and all shipping wines becomes very affordable then.

JoliSoleil USA Wine Club - how does it work?

First step would be is to register in our database. Being in our system as such does not mean there is any obligation to buy! You will just receive our wine mailings and Newsletter regularly. And... promise we will never sell your data to anyone else!

Second step: you can order (y)our wines in two ways:

ONLINE SHOP

To start with we made a selection of Alsace wines from wineries: Jean Baptiste Adam, Jean Paul Schmitt and Louis Sipp.
You can order these wines ONLINE in boxes of 6.
The quoted prices in this webshop are without taxes and including all shipping costs and insurances.

Our shipping partner is Mbe. The wines will be delivered by UPS orFedEx.

ORDER FORM

You can also use the order form to buy wines we offered in the past (the list will grow) OR ANY OTHER wine from Alsace, Burgundy or Tuscany available on the local market today.

Remember you will NOT pay the taxes. We will only add our service fee and the shipping costs. The wines are always sold in boxes of 6. You will receive a price quote and then a separate invoice for these orders.

We made paying very easy! You can pay by Credit Card or via PayPal. We also support Stripe and Transferwise.

Our "return policy" and "terms and conditions" relate to all of our services: shipping wines after a tour, shipping wines bought with an order form or shipping from wines bought in our online shop!

I have been interested in wine practically all my life. Living in Amsterdam I did the "SVH- Slijters Vakopleiding". It is not a coincidence that I came to live and run a BnB in France right between the wine regions of Alsace and Burgundy in 2003.

The wine tours and tastings started as a hobby. It grew to be part of my business in 2012. Since then I organize one or more day wine tours and wine tastings in the French Alsace and Burgundy region and Tuscany Italy, all year round.

I can ship the wines people have bought on a tour to many countries in the world. For our American customers I even went one step further. Americans can now (re-)order wines from Alsace, Burgundy and Tuscany from their home via this shop.
